United Kingdom:

  • Hoodies, phone cases, and t-shirts: 5 - 15 business days.

Europe:

  • Hoodies, phone cases, and t-shirts: 7 - 15 business days.

International:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size! We do not take responsibility for customs fees!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TunerLifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TunerLifestyle will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

LATE DELIVERY

Orders must pass through the local post services before they are out for delivery. This means that your orders may get caught up in the customs or at the local sorting office near your location.

Orders may be delayed by up to 10 business days due to delays within the postal journey. However, that is unlikely and unusual.

Please be patient, as we cannot issue you with a re-ship or a refund unless your order is over 15 business days late after the estimated delivery time.

 

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If your order did not arrive, please let us know. First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you have entered the correct address.

We cannot issue you with a re-ship or refund if the address is incorrect. However, we can make an exception and re-ship the package, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us at support@tunerlifestyle.com starting with your order number.
We will re-ship your package or send you a refund. Please let us know within 90 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.
