Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders five days a week and aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 days. Please allow up to 3 days under peak periods like Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School, etc.

We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible, and our warehouse is working hard to keep up with the demand.


  • USA: The majority of the orders arrive in 7-12 days.
  • International: The majority of the orders arrive in 10-20 days.

*Shipping times estimate the time it takes from the date of dispatch to final delivery, based on tracking statistics of orders over the last three months.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the cost is usually based on various factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

TunerLifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TunerLifestyle will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Orders must pass through the local post services before they are out for delivery. Your orders may get caught up in customs or a nearby local sorting office.

Orders may be delayed up to 5 business days due to delays within the postal journey. However, that is unlikely and unusual.


If your order did not arrive, please let us know. First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you have entered the correct address. We cannot issue you a re-ship or refund if the address is incorrect. However, we can make an exception and re-ship the package, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

If the shipping address is correct, please contact us at, starting with your order number. We will re-ship your package or send you a refund. Please let us know within 90 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.
