WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. We, however, do not accept complimentary e-mails asking for freebies, sorry!


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to support@tunerlifestyle.com and a person from our team will get back to you within the next 24 hours!

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

TunerLifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TunerLifestyle will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


DO YOU DELIVER ORDERS TO MY COUNTRY?

We are proud to offer free shipping to over 200 countries. However, we also offer standard shipping rates to countries which are not eligible for free shipping.


ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER SENT TOGETHER?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed!
